A Throw-in is taken when the ball leaves the field by crossing one of the sidelines.

It is taken by a player on the opposing team of the last player to make contact with the ball prior to it leaving the field.

When throwing-in, both feet must remain on the ground and the ball must be thrown over the head with both hands.

A player cannot be offsides when receiving the ball from a Throw-in.
