Coaching Philosophy

We believe, first and foremost, that soccer is a game and as such should be fun for players, parents and coaches alike. We also believe that the playing of a team sport like soccer is a good tool for building discipline, teamwork and personal character. In our practice sessions we will be working hard on developing the skills and teamwork it takes to enjoy the game of soccer more. One of the things we will stress is the need for the players to be disciplined both on and off the field. In our games we will encourage the players to play their hearts out and enjoy themselves. We believe that the players should exhibit respect for their parents, coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, themselves and the game itself by how they behave before, during and after games.
